Get a Clear, Fiduciary Review of Your Retirement Plan
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest look at where your plan stands — from an independent, fee-only team that works on salary, not commissions.
If You're Wondering Whether Your Plan Is Really Working…
You've done the right things. You've saved. You've worked with professionals. But something doesn't feel right — and you can't quite put your finger on it.
You're not sure if your withdrawals are being structured to minimize your tax burden — or if that conversation has ever really happened.
You pay an advisory fee, but you're not entirely clear what's included — or whether you're getting the full picture.
Your advisor, your CPA, and your estate attorney don't talk to each other. You're the one trying to keep everyone on the same page.
When the market moves, you hear "stay the course" — but no one walks you through what your plan actually calls for in that scenario.
These aren't unusual concerns. They're the ones that most often lead people to seek a second opinion.
Sound familiar? A 15-minute conversation could change your perspective.
Schedule Your Free ReviewA Different Standard of Advice
SG Wealth Managers was built to address the gaps most people don't realize exist in traditional advisory relationships.
Two Advisors. One Plan.
Plans Built to Be Understood
In-House Research. No Mutual Funds.
Transparent, Fee-Only Planning
Everything below is included in your advisory fee — no hidden charges, no surprise costs.
Three Steps to Clarity
Consult
We'll listen first — clarifying your goals, your timeline, and what financial confidence looks like for your retirement. No pitch. Just a conversation.
Design
Using advanced planning software, we model your full financial picture — income sources, tax brackets, RMDs, Social Security timing, and estate considerations. Monte Carlo simulations stress-test how your plan holds up across hundreds of market scenarios, not just the optimistic ones.
Implement
We execute your plan and schedule regular reviews as your life evolves. Both of your advisors stay current on every change — so nothing falls through the cracks.
The Cost of "I'll Get to It Later"
Every year without a tax-efficient withdrawal strategy is a year you may be paying more in taxes than necessary.
Every quarter without coordinated planning is another quarter your investments, estate documents, and tax strategy operate in silos — with you as the only person trying to connect them.
A second opinion doesn't commit you to anything. But it can reveal what you might be missing — and whether small adjustments today could make a meaningful difference over the course of your retirement.
Is This a Fit?
SG Wealth Managers is built for people who want their retirement plan managed as one connected strategy — not scattered across firms that don't talk to each other.
Under One Roof
Your advisory team works alongside estate planning attorneys and CPA partners — so your investment plan, tax strategy, and legal documents stay in sync. No phone tag between three different firms. No hoping your CPA and your advisor are on the same page. They are — because they're part of the same planning process.
See if we're a fit — no obligation, no pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you fiduciaries?
Yes. SG Wealth Managers is a Registered Investment Advisor. We are legally obligated to act in your best interest under our advisory agreements. Our advisors are salaried — they don't earn commissions or incentives from product sales.
How are your advisors compensated?
Our advisory team is compensated with a salary. They do not earn commissions, bonuses tied to product sales, or incentives based on transaction volume. This structure is designed to align our advice with your goals — not ours. View our fee structure here.
Who holds my assets?
Your assets are held at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. — one of the largest custodians in the country. Schwab provides SIPC protection and is completely independent from SG Wealth Managers. We manage your investments, but a third-party custodian holds them.
What does the introductory call look like?
It's a casual, no-obligation conversation — typically 15 to 20 minutes. We'll ask about your situation and goals, and you can ask us anything. There's no pitch, no pressure, and no commitment. It's simply a chance to see if working together makes sense.
Can I keep my current accounts during a review?
Absolutely. A second opinion doesn't require you to move or change anything. We'll review your current plan and share our observations. What you do with that information is entirely up to you.
What if I have a 401(k) or 403(b) I can't move?
We can manage workplace retirement accounts through Pontera's secure platform — and we absorb the platform fee so it doesn't cost you anything extra.
